Site Owner Posts: 17 | South Carolina Voices for Patient Safety was able to successfully mediate two cases this week, concerning patient safety issues encountered, by patients, in our hospitals, that will help ensure the safety of other patients. Our slogan is..."How can they fix the problems...if they don't know what they are?" That is the platform from which SCVPS operates.
